1. Products

All products are made-to-order through trusted third-party services. Product mockups and previews are visual representations and may vary slightly from the final printed item due to production methods, screen color settings, and garment material.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful or other print-on-demand services. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to the fulfillment provider for production and shipping. We do not control the speed of production, inventory availability, or delivery times.

3. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided by the fulfillment partner and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or other external factors. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless there is a proven defect or misprint in the product. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll help you resolve it through our fulfillment provider.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store or manage your payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, and content on this site are the intellectual property of BLXK MNTN. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Use of Site

By using this site, you agree not to misuse or attempt to exploit the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from use of this site, delays in shipping, third-party platform failures, or user error. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
